Bodegas Navajas Crianza
Rioja, Spain

Deep ruby red wine with pronounced aromas of stewed prunes and cherries. Dry with smooth tannin structure and big weight of ripe plummy fruit - black cherries and 'Christmas cake' flavours. Lovely length and balance with a flavour that lingers long on the palate.

Los Espinos Merlot 
Maipo Valley, Chile

Deep, vivid red with a very expressive nose full of plum, cedar and sweet fruits. Incredibly pure and ripe fruit fills every corner of the mouth with rich cassis and sweet spices. The tannins are ripe and subtle and the finish rounded. Plenty of "wow factor". A lovely drink on its own or enjoy with pasta or barbequed meats.

Domaine de Pellehaut Rouge

The grapes for this cuvée were harvested from 40 year old vines. The Syrah grapes were de-stemmed and macerated in tank. Ageing takes place predominantly in stainless steel with a fifth aged in oak.

Di Camillo Montepulciano

Lovely flavoursome wine in classic mode. Black cherry stone fruit flavours with a light sprinkle of spice. Medium-bodied, dry style, drinking very well now. A great food wine.
 
Cami del Drac Vielles Vignes Grenache
Roussillon, France

Fermented slowly in stainless steel tanks – skin soak of around 15 days. The wine was then aged in oak for around 12 months. Bottle aged for more than one year to achieve more rounded tannins. The oak stands out coupled with intense spice. If we swirl the wine in the glass, we get aromas which are typical of the Tempranillo grape variety as well as fruits of the forest.

Only the finest Nero d'Avola grapes are picked for this production. This is an intense full-bodied wine with lots of dark fruit flavours coming through. Exceptional after being opened for approx. 5 hours.
