Description: Made 100% from Godello grapes of the DO Monterrei. Hand-harvested, pressed after destemming. The free-run juice is statically clarified and fermented in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 15ºC. After fermentation and the separation of coarse lees, the wine is aged on its fine lees for two months. It undergoes clarification and antimicrobial filtration before bottling.

Tasting Note:
A clean bright wine, lemon yellow in colour with greenish tints. This has plenty of green apple, stone fruit and pear with hints of citrus. The wine is fruity with a good balance of fresh acidity,  making this wonderfully balanced.
