White Picpoul regained its former glory in the 1920s, during the first gathering of white producers from Pinet. Producers from Pinet and neighboring towns then bet on this native grape variety and replanted it.

Fete des Flavours Picpoul de Pinet is a crisp, dry white wine with a pale yellow color and bright hues. It exhibits aromas of fresh fruit and citrus, especially grapefruit, with a harmonious balance and varietal expression. The wine's palate is described as lively and fresh, with flavors of grapefruit, lime, peach, and melon, and a finish that is moderately balanced with citrus and acidity.
