“We don’t use any oak to make this wine, which allows us to showcase the pure, fresh and delicious fruit character of our high-altitude Malbec grapes. This is a fresher style of Malbec, unlike some of the super jammy traditional Malbec you may have
tried in the past. We believe minimal intervention is the key to producing great wines which is why we keep things as natural and simple as possible, like they were in 1918 when Cabrini Wines was founded. Our grapes are hand-harvested and no chemicals are used in our vineyards. Once in the winery, the grapes are sorted by hand, crushed and fermented using indigenous yeasts.”
Fun fact: The label was designed in the 1930s and brought back to life recently by the 5th generation of the Cabrini family.
