Description:
Named after the Swallow which migrates back to South Africa after spending the summer in Ireland. Grapes are sourced from vineyards that are pesticide and fertilizer free.

Tasting Note:
Lemon with gold and green hues - honey and gooseberries on the nose. The wine is fresh and crisp with typical Sauvignon and chenin character - honey, gooseberries, melon and grapefruit. Touch of cream with lovely ripe fruit and a good length and finish.
