This is a wine of real quality made with 100% chardonnay. Fermentation and maturation in new oak barrels has added a richness to the fruit. A delicious wine, dry with lovely balance of luscious ripe tropical and honeyed fruits and a long fruity finish.

Tasting Note:
Deep straw yellow colour with a gold sheen. This hand crafted wine consists of 100% Chardonnay. The nose and palate show a provocative mixture of nuttiness an marzipan with an underlying oiliness whilst the finish is balanced with crisp, clean acidity and great length. A delicious Burgundian style chardonnay with lots of class.
