Planteray Rum Tasting Set

Planteray rums (formerly Plantation) are divided into three distinct ranges. First, there is a selection of tasting rums, blended by the cellar master at Maison Ferrand; second, a range specially developed for cocktails and the bar world; and finally, vintage rums available in limited editions.

Produced using traditional methods, distilled in rum houses and aged in oak barrels in a tropical climate, Planteray rums undergo a unique maturation process known as ‘double ageing’. At the right moment, they are brought back from their country of origin to the Domaine de Bonbonnet in Cognac, where they continue to mature for several months in small oak barrels specific to Maison Ferrand.
