Innocent Bystander Pinot Gris
Yarra Valley, Australia
1 x 75cl Bottle
Innocent Bystander Pinot Gris from Yarra Valley gives delicate notes of fresh peaches, pear drops and nutmeg with a hint of honeysuckle. Some yeasty notes come through on the medium-bodied, dry, silken-textured palate and offer a pleasant savoury note in the finish. Cartlidge & Browne Cabernet Sauvignon
Napa Valley, USA
1 x 75cl Bottle
Cabernet Sauvignon’s sleek lines belie its power and endurance. This bold dark beauty is racy. But though it is quick to accelerate, it downshifts into a smooth finish. Revved up and ready to go now, you can trust that a little age won’t slow it down. True high performance. 'The question that begs to be answered is why so many producers ignore what Cartlidge and Browne does better than just about anybody else in the state - produce fruit forward, pure, varietally correct, delicious wines.” —Robert Parker, Wine Advocate

Thistledown Cunning Plan Shiraz
McLaren Vale, Australia
1 x 75cl Bottle
Recently awarded 90 points by James Halliday. Wine making is simple with The Cunning Plan. Take perfectly balanced, just ripe fruit, pick, gently crush to preserve whole berries and allow to soak for 4 days to extract colour, aroma and fruit prior to the alcoholic fermentation which extracts more pronounced tannins. Following the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is pressed off to 300 litre used French barrels where it matures for 10 months prior to bottling. The resulting wine is bursting with fruit, wonderful purity and that characteristic Langhorne Creek plush, earthy quality. Delicious.
