Classic Cuvée has a striking gold neck wrap that sparkles with celebration and represents ‘Rathfinny in a glass’. This vintage, made in the Traditional Method, is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, aged for 30-months in the bottle.

Rathfinny Wine Estate is a family-owned Sussex wine grower and producer, established in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver. Located on a wonderful south-facing slope in England’s South Downs, the climate, chalk soil and aspect make it the perfect site for growing grapes for world-class sparkling wine.

The low-intervention, traditional method Sussex Sparkling wines are a true expression of our terroir. Produced from hand-harvested grapes that are whole-bunch pressed and bottled aged on the lees to develop rich, autolytic notes, with a low dosage that emphasises the purity of our fruit.


Tasting Note: A buttermilk golden hue beckons in a nose of ginger-dusted white plums on cinnamon toast, a rich palate of white apricot and crème pâtissière with nuances of preserved Meyer lemon on the finish.
