This brand new whiskey hi-ball takes the most beautiful, simple, plentiful and totally overlooked Wild Irish Pine, and pairs it with a 5 year old pot still whiskey, verjus and organic japanese yuzu. We then carbonate this fresh earthy blend with water from wicklow and can it at 5% abv.
