VINEYARD: Since 1931, five family generations of Maison BROTTE have created refined wines with passion and attention to detail, elegantly fruity and spicy, with remarkable smoothness. Domaine Grosset belonged to Alain Grosset, father-in-law of Laurent Brotte. The Grosset family has always been very active in the cultural and associative life of the village of Cairanne and has largely contributed to the development of the AOC.

TASTING NOTES: This is a lovely silky smooth medium bodied Cote du Rhone is full of black cherry and wild strawberry fruit backed up by super fresh acidity and spice and toastiness.

FOOD AND WINE MATCHING: Serve at 17 °C.
Enjoy with pheasant terrine, wild mushroom risotto, chicken ragout with black olives or a selection of cheeses - particularly blue.
