In this gift set we tried to give you two Bordeaux reds that give you a truly great Bordeaux experience without having to break the bank.

In order to receive the Bordeaux Superieur label the wine growers have to adhere to strict rules and regulations. Here are two wines from Chateau wineries that we work closely with. We have been importing Chateau Roc de Levraut for the last 7 years and the winemaker and owner Remy Ballerin is meticulous for his quality standards. Château La Fleur Cravignac is a family property located on the northwest side, one kilometre from the small medieval city of Saint-Emilion. This wine won a Gold Medal in Paris is 2012. The aim of this chateau is to search for the best possible expression of St Emilion's extraordinary soil, which produces perfectly balanced wines with a finesse and complexity that only nature can create.

Chateau La Fleur Cravignac Saint Emilion Grand Cru

Unanimously voted as our Best Overall Wine of the Year for 2023, Chateau La Fleur Cravignac is earthy, with a wonderful streak of freshness, great acidity and a dense midpalate of blackberry, chocolate and coffee.  There is great integration with very subtle oak influence in the wine and a really lengthy finish.

With over 5 years aging this wine is singing right now. There are many Bordeaux wines at twice the price that are not drinking as well as this wine is today!

Chateau Roc De Levraut Bordeaux Superieur

The wine is full bodied and very balanced with super concentration of fruit and savory.

On the nose you will get Cassis straight away followed by aromas of buttered toast, blackcurrants, toffee and also some leather at the end.

It is a superb food wine because of the finely balanced tannins and acidity.
