Description:
Áster Crianza is from the Ribera del Duero region, produced by the Áster winery. This leg of their operation is every bit as good as their Rioja House. 

Tasting Note:
The wine spends 22 months in new French Oak (70%) and the remainder 2nd fill barrels. Black cherry in colour the nose displays intense aromas of ripe berries, currants, blackberries, violet flowers and fennel, with a complex background of sweet spices, liquorice, cedar, tobacco leaf and cocoa powder.
