Viore Verdejo Sobre Lias Rueda is a fragrant and flavourful white wine crafted from the Verdejo grape. The nose shows notes of fresh citrus, marmalade, fennel and mineral. The palate is elegant, with baked pear and apple flavours and a balancing acidity. The finish is vibrant and lengthy. Pair with pan-seared halibut.
