Vina Illusion produce wine from a vineyard that practices organic and biodynamic farming and have created a whole eco system that supports itself through the growing process - they also have olive trees, a vegetable garden and fruit trees planted. They practice 'do nothing' farming - having as little human intervention as possible making their wines low in sulphur and any other chemicals.

Tasting Note: 
Pale yellow colour. Nose of white fruits and lemon. Fresh, delicate wine with a touch of creaminess and a zippy finish.
