Best of Bordeaux Twin in Wood

Two excellent Bordeaux wines presented in a wooden gift box. Château Argadens has been in the hands of the Sichel family, who are also part owners of Château Palmer and a number of other prestige Bordeaux estates. Their aim was to make the wine a benchmark within the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation.

Chateau Argadens Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant in appearance with pale yellow tints, this wine offers a powerful nose, its fruity notes of apricot and grapefruit zest underpinned by subtle nuances of acacia blossom and boxwood. It displays superb balance on the palate, which is supple, fleshy and vibrantly fresh. A long finish with notes of tropical fruit and peaches. Well-balanced by a delicate and lingering freshness and a silky texture.

Chateau Argadens Bordeaux Superieur
The complex and expressive bouquet is a harmonious mixture of dark red fruits aromas and very elegant oaky notes. It is a crisp and sappy wine which offers sweetness and richness on the palate. The Cabernet adds the necessary freshness to enhance the pleasant tannins of the Merlot. A wine with very good balance which offers a lot of pleasure now and can be cellared for several more years.
