Y Series Riesling

Pale straw in colour with a green hue. Classic Riesling aromas of lemon, peach, mango, pineapple, fresh limes and a hint of jasmine. The palate has generous fruit flavours of lemon, yuzu and grapefruit with chalky minerality and zesty acidity.

Y Series Chardonnay

Pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits mingle with blossom notes and sweet spice. The palate is long and creamy, with an array of tropical flavours including paw paw and mango. The wine has a savoury edge with flinty notes from wild 
fermentation. Refreshing, lip-smacking acidity gives lovely length with a savoury, textural finish.

Y Series Shiraz

Medium ruby in colour with purple hues. Alluring red cherries, plum, blackcurrant and floral aromas with a hint of black pepper and freshly crushed sage. As suggested on the nose there are lots of delicious red 
fruits on the palate accompanied by smooth, fine tannins and finished with a pinch of dark chocolate.

Deep crimson in colour. A luscious and exotic mix of rose, ripe red cherries and boysenberry with hints of white pepper and violets. The full-bodied palate is framed by flavours of rosewater and chocolate with boysenberry and cherry. Plush, velvety tannins provide the perfect complement to the sweet fruit and lingering finish, showing the wonderful synergy between Shiraz and Viognier.
