Tasting Note: Pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of fresh tropical fruits mingle with blossom notes and sweet spice. The palate is long and creamy, with an array of tropical flavours including paw paw and mango. The wine has a savoury edge with flinty notes from wild fermentation. Refreshing, lip-smacking acidity gives lovely length with a savoury, textural finish.
