The family-run Worthy Park Estate was established in 1670, and started producing rum as early as 1741. Although it was a highly successful distillery, the glut of Jamaican rum after WW2 meant that it ceased production in the 1960s. It was completely rebuilt in 2004, and brought its flagship Rum-Bar Rum to market in 2007. Every step of rum production is handled in house, from sugar cane cultivation on more than 4,000 acres of land, to processing the molasses and piping them over a kilometre to be distilled. Worthy Park focusses on traditional Jamaican pot still rums and its popularity is growing day by day.

Description
The Single Estate Reserve is an authentic, traditional Jamaican rum and our first release under our Worthy Park range of bottlings. A blend of our 100% copper pot-still rums that have been aging between 6-10 years and bottled at 45%ABV; this blend has been created to showcase the unique complexity and distinctive taste that Worthy Park has to offer. 100% single estate product; batch distilled, aged, blended and bottled on site. No sugar or additives.

"This is a rum that has increased in quality year on year, and Worthy Park is now one of the top-quality distillers in the Caribbean. Not only are they distillers but also sugar producers, and therefore they have control over the product all the way through production. This Single Traditional Pot Still rum shows exactly what this estate can do in terms of quality" Dawn Davies MW- The Whisky Exchange
"Worthy Park Single Estate Reserve rum is very much a Jamaican rum but it really puts its own stamp on what Jamaican rum can be. This is full flavoured yet easy to drink." - Thefatrumpirate.com
