This is a spectacular wine. Intense, with spice and leather notes, with pure rich generous fruit. It is vinified in the traditional way, then aged for 18 months in small casks and left to rest in bottle for 7 months before release. A spectacular wine with all the depth and weight expected of a flagship wine from Di Camillo. This is the top wine from the estate, and it offers great value as well.

This is ruby red with vague garnet highlights. A bouquet of amaretto, ink, cherries, spice and dark chocolate in an elegant equilibrium with a final touch of leather. There is a glorious taste  in a symphony of power and class, fruit and tannins, complexity and agreeableness. The lengthened finish leaves a frank impression of Montepulciano.It is world class.

The grapes come from vineyards grown on clayey-sandy soils and located at an average altitude of 200 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the grapes are fermented separately to refine in second passage barriques for 6 months. 3 months bottle aging follows. Ruby red in color, it has an intense aromatic profile with notes of wild berries and balsamic references that anticipate notes of tobacco and sweet spices. On the palate it is pleasant and harmonious, with good structure, silky tannins and fullness of fruit before a medium-long finish.
