This is their clean fresh and crisp Sauvignon blanc with is a wonderful wine fir enjoying as an aperatif. More rounded than the New World style of Sauvignon blanc, this offers lemon and citrus flavours, with balanced acidity and a fine finish.
1 x Campo Tranquillo Tinto, Murcia, Spain
From a traditional family owned and run wine cellar in Murcia which was founded in the 1950's when Antonio, the founder built a small winery and planted vineyards. These he eventually passed to his son Juan who went on to create a new winery in Abarán in 1977. It is packed with gently spiced mulberry and damson. Medium weight, supple palate, with a whisper of soft, ripe tannin. Delicious with chorizo, steak and barbequed pork ribs.
