A Taste of Tuscany
Tuscany needs little introduction — one of Italy’s most iconic wine regions, celebrated for its beautiful landscapes, historic vineyards and exceptional native varieties. This selection brings together the character, elegance and diversity of Tuscan wines, from refined Sangiovese, prestige Tuscan rosé to an incredibly expressive and premium textured Tuscan Pinot Grigio, offering a true taste of one of the world’s great wine regions.
In this Taste of Tuscany case, you will receive a recipe card, from the chefs at Casa Ruffino, with recipes to match each of the three wines, so hat you can cook them in your own time and pair them with the wines. The winery has a new cooking and events space with two dedicated chefs called La Limonaia, and they have given us the following recipes to share with you:

La Solataia Pinot Grigio

La Solataia Pinot Grigio is different from almost all Pinot Grigio. Rather than being thin and uneventful, this is expressive, textured, vibrant and made to have with cheeses and pasta. Leave everything you know about Pinot Grigio alone, and explore a style you've almost never tried before.
It is a fresh, elegant Italian white with vibrant citrus and pear fruit, a lovely mineral character and crisp acidity. Light, refined and wonderfully refreshing, it’s an effortlessly versatile wine with real Italian charm.
