Chateau Le Rey 'Les Argileuses'
Castillon, Cotes de Bordeaux
1 x 75cl Bottle
Powerful full bodied red wine from the Limoux region of South-West France.  Aromatic notes of ripe black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry on the nose along with the spiciness of the Syrah grapes. On the palate, the acidity and roundness produce a soft, round but powerful wine. Delightful.

Domaine de Font Notre Dame Rasteau
Rhone, France
1 x 75cl Bottle
The Roux brother’s Rasteau vineyards are near the top of the hill, at an altitude of 330m, and made up of brown chalk / clay marl and heat retaining pebbles, which protect the vines from night-time variations in temperature. Seventy year old Grenache forms the backbone of the blend, with Syrah, Mourvèdre and a hint of Cinsault added. A rich and complex wine; the palate is brimming with ripe red summer fruits from Grenache, while Syrah brings a touch of peppery spice and Mourvèdre a savoury herbal twist.

Domaine de Montine Cuvee 'Emotion'
Rhone, France
1 x 75cl Bottle
With its crimson dark and deep red colour, this wine is clearly full and fleshy.
The discreet first scent will open nicely after pouring in a Decanter. Step by step, Emotion unveils ... Slightly spicy, it reveals some well mastered, fine and elegant aging flavours. It becomes powerful in the mouth, with soft and round tannins that bring beautiful length on the palate. We really make sure this wine is alive and humble, as it is our house flagship. This cuvee perfectly embodies our “Grignan-les-Adhémar” vineyard and its complexity.

Château Sirio Rouge
Graves, Bordeaux, France
1 x 75cl Bottle
Chateau Sirio is owned by an Irish/ French couple, Emer and Fabrice, independent winemakers since 2015 at Château Sirio, in the Graves AOP. Currently, there are 6 hectares of red Graves in production. The wines express all the typicity of their Graves terroir. This red is elegant and structured, with a lot of finesse, aromas of red and black fruits, and subtly present tannins.

l'Optomiste Organic Chemin des Reves
Pic St Loup, France

1 x 75cl Bottle
*** 2 Stars Guide Hachette des Vins ***
*** Commended Decanter World Wine Awards ***
This French wine is absolutely fantastic. It's made from a blend of syrah, grenache, mourvèdre, and carignan grapes. The grapes come from Pic Saint-Loup, which is located north of Montpellier, and it's made by one of the top winemakers in the Languedoc region.

Chateau Verriere Bordeaux Superieur
Bordeaux, France
1 x 75cl Bottle

The Chateau Verriere is a Merlot based blend that displays generous ripe fruit and a satisfying bright finish. The wine’s colour inclines to bluish-purple rather than black, while the nose displays lush raspberry and black cherry notes. This precocious wine has great acidity in the finish that leaves you feeling vibrant and invigorated. We loved this vivacious little red and voted 7-0 in the first round to feature it. This is a great value and at this price may become an everyday affair.
