Sierra Tequila

Sierra Tequila hails from the renowned tequila-producing region of Jalisco in Mexico, the heartland of tequila production. The brand was established in 1981 by Borco-Marken-Import, a German company dedicated to producing high-quality spirits. Sierra Tequila quickly gained popularity due to its commitment to traditional methods and the unique characteristics of its products, which reflect the rich heritage of Mexican tequila.

Sierra Tequila’s production process is a meticulous blend of tradition and innovation. The tequilas are crafted using high-quality blue Weber agave plants, which are carefully selected to ensure the finest quality. The production process begins with the harvesting of the agave hearts, which are then slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens to extract the sweet juices. These juices are fermented and distilled using copper pot stills, resulting in a tequila that is both smooth and aromatic.

Tasting Notes:
Its full, fruity, fresh aroma that’s dominated by a slight chilli note reflects both the tequilana weber azul agave, as well as slight notes of green apple and young pineapple. Nuances of pepper give Sierra Tequila Silver that certain something and make it a Tequila with personality.
