Selected wines from exceptional vintages which have spent at least 2 years in oak casks and 3 years in the bottle. For white wines, the minimum aging period is 4 years, with at least one year in casks. 

Tasting Note: The colour is bright, cherry red colour developing to maroon. On the nose it is Complex, intense with well integrated aromas of ripe fruits, barrel notes and spice. In the mouth its elegant, round and very balanced with fine refined tannin. Finishing with long sweet hints of wood and toasted notes

Food Matches: Really sings when matched with well seasoned lamb or Mushroom Risotto
