Domaine de Pellehaut Rosé

The nose is fresh and aromatic, offering notes of wild strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, alongside subtle floral hints and a touch of citrus zest. On the palate it is light-bodied, crisp and refreshing, with bright red berry flavours balanced by lively acidity. The finish is clean and fruity with a gentle mineral freshness, making it an easy-drinking and versatile rosé, ideal as an aperitif or paired with salads, grilled fish, seafood and light summer dishes.

Cami del Drac Carignan Noir

Camí del Drac Carignan Noir Vieilles Vignes shows a deep ruby colour with purple hints. The nose is expressive with aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and plum layered with Mediterranean herbs such as garrigue, alongside subtle smoky and liquorice notes. On the palate it is medium-bodied with bright acidity and a core of dark berry fruit complemented by hints of lavender, wild herbs and a slightly earthy, savoury character. The tannins are firm yet balanced, giving structure and texture. The finish is long and gently smoky with lingering dark fruit and spice.

A This Sauvignon Blanc from the Western Cape displays fresh, ripe yellow fruit flavours with a hint of waxy lime and plum stone, as well as some leafy herbal notes which makes for a zippy, racy and deeply quaffable drop. Vic has a nose for wine, and given his Rioja estate already straddles the border of Rioja and Navarra, he thought adding a very good Navarra estate would be exciting. 18 months in barrel and a full 6 years in bottle make this a real cracker! Rioja without the name and price tag, made by a master of Rioja! This wine balances oaky character with fruitiness and hints of spice with a finish as lengthy as you would expect from a classic reserva.
