Season
Small crops but a terrific aromatic season for Pinot Gris. Ripened in the cool of March. Wombat Creek Vineyard the predominant vineyard source in Gladysdale (Upper Yarra).

Winemaking
Hand picked and gently pressed. Fermented in both tank and cask. Eight weeks on lees post fermentation for additional creaminess, complexity and aromatics. Gentle handling and minimal filtration.

Appearance
Vibrant straw colour with green edges.

Bouquet
Faintly aromatic with classic, perfumed Pinot Gris characters of pear, orange blossom and honeysuckle.

Palate
Refined, dry structural palate with green apple and mandarin. Textural, gently aromatic and soft acidity.
