The Corryton Burge  might be a recent addition to the South Australian wine scene, but don't let that fool you. The Burge name carries some serious weight - this is a family steeped in Barossa winemaking. Trent and Amelia Burge had a fantastic mentor in their father, Grant, and their wines show it.

This award winning wine is made from grapes grown by Moskos and Porter families, with whom the Burge's have done business for many generations. In order to gain the mouth-coating richness that the best Pinot Gris possess, just under 30% of this wine was matured for two months in used French barrels, providing the wine with greater texture, breadth and structure..

Tasting Note:
This is a wine with Peach and apricot notes with ripe pear, balanced by crisp apple freshness and an absolutely silky mouth feel.
