Tasting Note: Grassy citrus aromas rest comfortably on a mild, nonaggressive bouquet. A citrusy mouthfeel isn't overly bubbly, while pithy lime and tangerine flavors finish mild, with tangy acidity and a cleansing quality.

Food Matches: Shellfish - Lobster, oysters, prawns, whitefish. Wonderful with fresh berries especially strawberries and soft cheese. Great as an aperitif all on its own.
