When You first put your nose into a glass of Cloudy bay Sauvignon Blanc You will notice how understated and elegant the flavours are.
Jasmine, elderflower, lime, green apple and a little pepper on the finish.
On the palate you will notice its bright & zesty nature followed by a wave of citrus fruits and a super long finish.

Cloudy Bay have strived to make Pinot Noir in the same style and manner as the famous wines of Burgundy.
What us Pinot Noir fans are looking for in our Pinot are flavours of Cherry, forest floor, mushroom some spice and a little leather and chocolate.
Cloudy Bay has all of these and depending on how long you can cellar it for you can expect even more flavours.
Ultimately duck is the perfect food match but anything with mushrooms would be great.
