Maturation: 2-3 years aged in ex-Bourbon barrels then charcoal filtered to remove colour.

Tasting Notes: Clear and white in clarity and colour. Toasted marshmallow, banana bread, and confectioners sugar on the nose. Dry on the palate with notes of lime, coconut, and grilled pineapple which conclude in a lingering finish as is to be expected with such a quality spirit.

1. **Daiquiri**
- 2 oz Chairman’s Reserve White Rum
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Mint leaves
