This delicious Sparkling Cava is made in the traditional method with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The wines are then aged for fifteen months before degorging.
Very pale yellow. Fine, small pearls of bubbles with a persistent delicate mousse. The slow fermentation and months of ageing give a slightly lemony nose, with touches of butter and yeast derived from the ageing. On the palate the wine is elegant and well balanced.
