This wine has been produced from hand picked old vines which have been subject to Botrytis. Almost golden in colour with luscious ripe nutty pineapple and guava flavours and a long delicious finish. Ideal with the Christmas Pudding, with fois gras and with ripe stilton as an alternative to Port. Voted The best Desert Wine of the Year in The Best of Wine in Ireland 2006.

Deep straw yellow coloured wine with pronounced orange blossom bouquet. Sweet and luscious with a fresh burst of acidity and a full mouth feel of nutty moscatels. Packed with ripe tropical fruits with a warm lingering finish - perfect for after dinner and deserts. A delightful wine to be savoured .
