Description:
A long relatively cool summer was the hallmark of the 2011 vintage providing ideal conditions for healthy fruit. Following harvest and crushing, the juice is drawn off after skin contact of 24 hours and then undergoes a cool controlled fermentation.

Tasting Note:
The vibrant colour is the first striking feature of this wine. The aroma shows typical Grenache varietal characters of cherry, spice and raspberry. The palate has good fruit weight with a tight underlying structure. The flavours are seamless which finish clean and zesty. A serious rose by a real master winemaker.
