White wines produced in Médoc are rarely dry. White, fermented and aged for eight months in oak barrels, it has been a symbol of Loudenne since 1880. This highly complex wine is characterized by its pale yellow color with hints of green and its very expressive nose. Its strong attack is balanced with citrus flavors and it is also very full with a nice long finish.
Its fruity endnote brings out its flavors of peach, candied grape, and nuts.
It has good aging potential and its color becomes more golden with age. Its flavors change as well, bringing out woody and candied fruit notes.
Tasting Note:
Pale yellow with green hints. On the nose it is very pure with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches, sultanas and nuts.
The palate is medium in body and nicely balanced with zippy lemon flavours and a light peppery note on the lingering finish.
