Di Camillo Vini are an excellent producer whom we have been sourcing wines for 20+ years. Their winery is based in the hills of Poggiofiorito on the Italian Coast, in the Abruzzo region. 

Celebrate all that is wonderful about Italy, with native wines that are based entirely on celebrating naturally grown grapes from the region. The winery is ran by a father and daughter combination of Paolo and Sara di Camillo.

A clean fresh and mineral driven chardonnay from Abruzzo. A delicious crisp dry clean fresh unoaked chardonnay with excellent weight of ripe pear and peach fruits, well made with great length and finish.

Sangiovese, ‘Il Brigante di Argellano’ from Tenute del Pojo is a garnet-red pleasure wine of the typical Italian grape variety with light wood appeal and gentle tannins. Pleasant fragrances of ripe cherries, good body, soft and round taste.  A delicious wine excellent value.

Di Camillo produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the same estate in Poggiofiorito, in a very small scale. The quality of this Olive oil is something to behold. Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oils are a real delicacy to be used for serving rather than cooking. Most producers produce so little and it is so expensive that many of them use their Olive Oil to gift their friends and family. We get small amounts of Rocca Antica Olive Oil each year and it is a gift worth giving.
