EMS Lir Distilled Dry Gin is a premium distilled dry gin from quince - raspberry with a Mediterranean touch

For the creation of this gin, Wijndomein Walterus also consistently works, from an organic point of view, with unsprayed fruits harvested from the local population. Fruit that is then manually processed by themselves for the production of the gin.

Tasting Notes:

Fresh mango, jasmine and pineapples on the nose. A floral palate with crushed rose petals, white pepper, and jasmine. Fragrant and would do well in an array of cocktails.
