The problem with no alcohol wines in the past was that they didn't taste like wine. The wineries we work with have put expensive amounts of work into producing wines of real class with no alcohol in recent years and the results now are far different to 5 years ago. So much so that one of the reds in this case was served at the Nobel Peace prize ceremony in 2018. Eins Zwei Zero Riesling

The gold standard for non alcoholic White wine. This has all the flavour you woudl expect and finally you can expect a white wine that is packed full of the nuances that we love in quality wine that is well made.A crisp wine showing notes of lime and citrus fruit in the smell, as well as surprising notes of rhubarb, red apples and some mineralism. In taste, it has a delicate ease and freshness.
The wine is made from grapes from its own vineyards and fermented at a cool temperature, then the wine is dekoholized with the latest technology. In a vacuum evaporator the wine is heated to 27 degrees, whereby the alcohol evaporates. The low boiling point means that the aromas of wine are preserved to the fullest enjoyment of the consumer.   

                                                                     
Pierre Chavin Merlot

When searching for the best non alcoholic wine on the market, the organisers of the Nobel Peace Prize Banquet chose this alcohol free Merlot from Pierre Chauvin in Stockholm in 2018. Its really well made with Intense ruby colors and red fruits on the nose. This red wine shows freshness, balance and youth that delight the senses. Pierre 0% Red can be served all year long with BBQ, red meat and cheese.
 

Torres Natureo Syrah

With less than 0.5% alcohol and less than half the calories of a normal wine. For those who want to enjoy all the flavour of wine with the minimum of alcohol. Lovely cherry colour. Aromas of pomegranate and redcurrant with hints of vanilla. Full, clean and balanced on the palate with smooth tannins and delicate acidity.

A clean fresh Rosé which is pale and with a nose of strawberries and pale raspberries. There is slight hints of Citrus  and fresh grapefruit with an underlying mineral base. The finish is dry and very ling - If not drinking this is packed full of flavour and will really impress. It is 100% Pinot Noir and it pairs beautifully with salads or Scallops. 

 
Pierre Chavin Chardonnay 
Languedoc, France

Golden yellow in color, brilliant with just a hint of sparkle. Fruit forward palette balanced with a delicate freshness.
Drink this tasty wine with appetizers, crispy salads, grilled fish and chicken. pairs nicely with fresh, sweet desserts.
