A harmonious combination of yellow fruit of pear and mirabelle, rounded off with a touch of typical brioche notes. The elegant acidity is balanced by a creamy, fine bubbly texture.

Moderato Cuvée rosé is a delicious non-alcoholic rosé wine made with Gros Maseng and Merlot grapes originating from Gascogne. It is a unique blend of grape varieties for a non-alcoholic rosé that will delight you. Fresh and fruity to feel a little sun all year round. It is pale light pink colour. On the nose, it has notes of fresh and ripe red fruit with a citrus touch. On the palate, slightly acidic and ripe red fruits are felt with a refreshing finish.

This beautifully created sparkling wine is produced using 100% organic Chardonnay grapes as part of a vegan production method. It is then dealcoholised using a specialised extraction technique and lightly carbonated to give it its essential bubbles. Tasting Notes: Crisp, elegant wine with subtle aromas that can beautifully echo equivalent alcoholic sparkling wines. It avoids pesticides, herbicides and any added perfumes, so the wine is as pure as we can make it.

The taste is almost dry and shows up with nicely embedded hints of peach and apricot, fresh apples and a full mouthfeel. This sparkling Riesling is a dealcoholised sparkling wine produced by award-winning German winemaker Johannes Leitz. He has used high quality Riesling grapes to produce a wine full of flavour, but which then goes through a gentle dealcoholisation method to produce a 0% alcohol free sparkling wine.

This non-alcoholic sparkling rosé is 100% pinot noir. The grapes macerate for 6 hours prior to pressing. The CO2 really balances out the residual sugar, making it appear drier than it it is. Because of that, it's even more wine-like! This refreshing sparkler exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality.
