No Alcohol Rosé Wine Case - 6 Bottles
The problem with no alcohol wines in the past was that they didn't taste like wine. The wineries we work with have put expensive amounts of work into producing wines of real class with no alcohol in recent years and the results now are far different to 5 years ago. So much so that one of the reds in this case was served at the Nobel Peace prize ceremony in 2018. We are proud to offer a wide selection of non alcoholic wines at WineOnline.ie and now you can sample your way through them with this mixed case selection of our favourites.
Kolonne Null Provence Rosé 0.0%
Provence, France
1 x 75cl bottle
The French still wine from Provence comes in a light pink and a less acidic taste profile than the 2022 Rosé.
The 2023 vintage is particularly characterized by the high amount of rainfall during the maturation period of the grapes. The resulting lower grape density on the vine leads to faster acid degradation. This results in a milder taste profile.
The fruity freshness and elegant minerality reflect the typical French character of a rosé. With its fine nuances of yellow fruit and a delicate hint of strawberry, the 2023 vintage is the ideal accompaniment to exquisit starters such as carpaccio and spring dishes such as grilled fish.

Saicho Hojicha Sparkling Tea
Japan
1 x 75cl bottle
Originating in Kyoto in the 1920s as a way of utilising leftover leaves, stems, stalks and twigs, Hojicha is a roasted green tea from Japan. The tea has a deep umami character and notes of nori seaweed, roasted hazelnut and delicate smoke, with dry and woody tannins.
Pairs well with sushi or mushroom risotto.
Sparkling Tea was developed by the award-winning sommelier Jacob Kocemba, during his time at a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. He realised the many possibilities within the world of tea, when he couldn’t find a matching wine for a dessert, despite a wine cellar of more than 1,700 wines. Instead, the solution came in a homemade tea extract, which consisted of a blend of different exclusive teas. The new drink became a great success and a favorite amongst the guests of the restaurant.

Because of that, it's even more wine-like! This refreshing sparkler exudes cool, red fruits and lean minerality.
