Description:

Planted in 2014, the vines here are managed organically and biodynamically with the utmost care. By working tirelessly, they are able to harvest each parcel of their cooler terroir at optimum ripeness. The grapes are harvested by hand from the end of September to mid-October. 

The grapes from the highest quality plots are carefully sorted by hand, before being crushed and gently pressed in a membrane press. After settling, fermentation begins spontaneously in the barrels. The wine then spends the winter before undergoing malolactic fermentation in the spring. Barrel again on lees continues until late summer. 

Tasting Note:  Magnificent notes of almond, toast and light tobacco mingle with aromas of pink grapefruit and rhubarb.
On the palate, there is a captivating harmony and balance between volume, roundness and freshness.
