Subscription Case of the Month
With this month's Case of The Month, We introduce you to a new range of wines from France from Domaine de Pellehaut. We are really excited for you to try these wines as they are great to have on standby for summer. the white is crisp and fresh, the rose is perfectly coloured and fresh and the red is light too. All are 10.5% abv so you can enjoy lighter and fresher too! This months case is a real trip around Europe - notably Italy, Spain and France, with some of our favourite wines for Spring.
Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie Blanc
Languedoc, France

A silvery color with green highlights and an expressive nose. Yellow-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) are present, as are flowers (lime blossom, honeysuckle). On the palate we find apricot, pear and white peach, with a grapefruit finish.
To be enjoyed with seafood, fish or poultry. For example on your starters made of whelks accompanied by an aioli or on grilled white fish or white meat dishes.
Domaine de Pellehaut Rosé

The Domaine de Pellehaut "Harmonie de Gascogne" Rosé is a dry 'Provence Style' rosé wine from France with fruity aromas at a wonderful pricepoint. The nose is tingled with the wonderful aroma of red fruits, citrus, and white flowers. On the palate, it impresses with its balance between freshness and aromatic diversity.
With its brilliant coral color, this rosé seduces with delicate aromas of poppy and strawberry. The palate reveals a bouquet of red fruits with notes of strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by a touch of orange blossom for freshness.
Domaine de Pellehaut Rouge
Languedoc, France

A light red wine that is juicy and full of gorgeous plummy fruit. Red fruits dominate, notably morello cherry and strawberry. The palate is fruity (blackcurrant and strawberry) and delicately peppery. The tannins are smooth. Chill slightly on warmer days for a lovely refreshing glass of red.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with roast beef or charcuterie or with a platter of pressed or soft cheeses.

White peach notes, slight citrus tings and a hint of pear. An element of perfume and light spice round off what is a light, easy-sipping white, while you may also experience additional flavours of honeysuckle, green apple or even grapefruit.
