Description: La Fassina. Unique to Caves Avinyó, set on the border of Avinyonet del Penedès, enjoying fertile soils, deep and well-drained, with a silty clay loam texture, and thanks to the privileged location it benefits from a higher rainfall regime than our other vineyards. The plot is settled in a low-lying area, protected from the easterly Levant winds, making it the perfect location to grow the Pinot Noir from which we make our Rosé Sublim cava

Tasting Note:
Cherry colour, bright and with good bubbles. Good aromatic intensity on the nose, highlighting raspberry and liqueur tones. The palate is soft and fresh with herbaceous touches and a very good varietal character.
