We are excited to introduce La Solatìa, Ruffino’s bold new venture into contemporary Tuscan winemaking—a range that embraces experimentation while honouring heritage. Nestled in Monteriggioni, in the heart of Siena along the storied Francigena Road, La Solatìa spans 85 sun-drenched hectares of rolling Tuscan hills. True to its name, meaning “bathed from the sun,” this vineyard is a radiant expression of place and innovation. Planted with a diverse mix of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and Syrah, the wines—crafted in amphora—showcase a vibrant, informal character. The range includes a crisp Pinot Grigio, a refined Chianti Superiore, and a bold Tuscan Rosso IGT, all reflecting Ruffino’s passion for reimagining Tuscan tradition.
