Martin and Mathieu Béraut manage a historic vineyard in Gascony, a family estate for 400 years where vines, cattle breeding (Blonde d'Aquitaine breed) and cereals cohabit in perfect harmony and offer a rich and varied biodiversity. Harmonie de Gascogne is the first “cuvée” of the estate. Originally there were only 2 grape varieties in that wine. Now there are 5 to 7 grape varieties. By this “cuvée”, Mathieu BERAUT wants to highlight the expression of his terroir through all the grapes cultivated on the estate and representative of the diversity of the estate. The goal of this “cuvée” is to achieve the perfect harmony between the different grape varieties from one year to the next, by exploiting their complementarity.

High Environmental Value label since 2015.

Tasting Notes:
A silvery color with green highlights and an expressive nose. Yellow-fleshed fruits (peach, apricot) are present, as are flowers (lime blossom, honeysuckle). On the palate we find apricot, pear and white peach, with a grapefruit finish.

To be enjoyed with seafood, fish or poultry. For example on your starters made of whelks accompanied by an aioli or on grilled white fish or white meat dishes.
