Fleur de Miraval Champagne is the first sparkling produced by the creators of Miraval Rosé wines.

Brad Pitt took a leading role in creating Fleur de Miraval rosé Champagne and both Miraval co-owners joined with the Péters family in Champagne to begin a new project. The Péters family, established in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, is internationally renowned for its Champagne, especially the blanc de blanc made from its own grapes since 1919. The Champagne is described as 'not some new celebrity wine' but a truly authentic project.

This is an exclusive wine with only 20,000 bottles produced of the first edition and it is an artistic creation as a result of three families' combined, passionate work. ‘Fleur de Miraval is the culmination of five years of work, research and tasting, done in the utmost secrecy,’ said Rodolphe Péters, who today runs his family’s estate, of which around 40 acres lie in grand cru vineyard sites.

“For me, Champagne conjures up feelings of celebration, quality, prestige, and luxury. But rosé champagne is still relatively unknown. Back by our success with Miraval in Provence, I wanted us to try and create the defining brand of rosé Champagne, focusing all our efforts on just this one colour. The result is spectacular and I’m very proud of it.”

Tasting Notes:

The Fleur de Miraval ER2 reveals a subtle bouquet of acacia, grapefruit and brioche, with a creamy palate with notes of almonds and orange zest, underlined by a lively acidity. A touch of salinity marks the finish of this exceptional champagne.
