Mashbill: 95% Rye, 5% Malted Barley

A very rare Rye profile at 95% Rye, which has
surprisingly delicate notes of dark fruit and a
very fruit forward profile. This isn’t something
that can be found in most Ryes.
Distilled and aged in Kentucky, before
finishing its story in Irish Whiskey Casks,
bringing a hint of spice to balance out the
fruity notes.
