- Style of wine: Very aromatic, expressive on the nose, mineral with a good acidity.
It has a lovely freshness, lots of Sauvignon character.
Lovely in its youth but can age a few years. To be served between 9-11°C.
- Food match: Salmon, from the Loire River of course! Shellfish and goat cheese,
the famous Crottin de Chavignol. But also excellent as an aperitif.
Tasting Note:
A brilliant hue, the typical pale yellow of sauvignon. A great complexity, where the aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and menthol notes mix. An elegant attack, great freshness on the palate, combines with A delicate floral and mineral character.
