The Corryton Burge  might be a recent addition to the South Australian wine scene, but don't let that fool you. The Burge name carries some serious weight - this is a family steeped in Barossa winemaking. Trent and Amelia Burge had a fantastic mentor in their father, Grant, and their wines show it.

This wine is made almost entirely from grapes grown in the Burge's own Eden Valley vineyards in the the Corryton Park Homestead, showing how much they prize this lovely variety. An additional 20% is sourced from the 100-year-old Nitschke vineyard which is in the neighbouring estate.

Tasting Note:
Classic Eden Valley Riesling, bone dry with aromas of lime, green apple and lemon. Stunning acidity that will allow this wine to age for years. If you don't think you like Riesling I dare you to try this.
