 These wines are made using the best grapes of a harvest, and are only produced during years that were considered to have enjoyed a good growing season. Rioja Reserva must age for a minimum of three years, with at least one of those in oak barrels, and the rest in the bottle.

Tasting Note: This is a clean, bright wine, cherry red in colour developing to ruby at the core. The nose is quite intense, elegant and toasted with sweet notes due to the barrel aging. Perfectly integrated with fully ripe fruits On the palate it has good structure, round tannin, good acidity and elegance on the palate. 

Food Matches: Any kind of meat really, It matches with grilled or fried potatoes, mushrooms or ham. Some tasty oily fish such as tuna.
